The company\u2019s balance sheet total exceeds 67.000.00 PLN.<\/p>\n<p>Law firm Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wsp\u00f3lnicy sp. k. provided Uniservices sp. z o. o. as a seller with a complex legal counseling, which included negotiation of preliminary share sale and purchase agreement as well as transaction closing, after receiving prior consent \u00a0from the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
