{"id":1545,"date":"2019-12-13T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2019-12-12T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bsiw.pl\/new-obligations-for-businessmen-within-bdo\/"},"modified":"2019-12-13T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2019-12-12T23:00:00","slug":"new-obligations-for-businessmen-within-bdo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bsiw.pl\/en\/new-obligations-for-businessmen-within-bdo\/","title":{"rendered":"New obligations for businessmen within BDO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 1<sup>st<\/sup> of January 2020 new regulations of Article 79 paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of the Waste Management Act, which regulate the functioning of the Products, Packaging and Waste Management Data Base (BDO), come into force.<\/p>\n<p>Those new provisions, which aim is to seal waste management system, impose new obligations for businessmen.<\/p>\n<p>Registration in BDO is compulsory for every entrepreneur who is obliged to keep waste records.
