The real estate was sold to an investor from the development sector together with a construction design and a building permit. The transaction amount exceeded 8,000,000. PLN Lawyers of Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wsp\u00f3lnicy advised the Client in the whole process of preparing the real estate and its sale.
