On March 29, 2023, in a notary’s office in Warsaw, with the assistance of the real estate law team of the law firm Babiaczyk, Skrocki and Partners, a notarial deed was signed covering the agreement for the sale of the Europa Centralna Shopping Center.<\/p>\n
The Europa Centralna Shopping Center is the largest of its kind in Gliwice and one of the largest in the Silesian Voivodeship. It includes a 37,700-square-meter retail park and a 27,300-square-meter mall, as well as a parking lot for more than 2,000 vehicles. The center’s strengths are primarily its strategic location and a thriving area with industrial and service infrastructure. It is one of the strongest economic regions in the country.<\/p>\n
