Babiaczyk Skrocki i Wspólnicy has been advising its Client – a capital group listed on the stock exchange, actively investing on commercial real property market in Poland, on acquiring shares in a real property comprising land together with an office building in strict centre of Poznań.
With participation of a team of lawyers from the Firm a notarial preliminary agreement of sale was concluded. Currently works are conducted on obtaining a planning permission and a building permit in order to perform a comprehensive revitalisation of the high-rise and adapt it to a hotel function.
