Acting on behalf of a Law Firm’s Client, a German company, operating on the energy trading market and gaseous fuels market, belonging to an energy group with turnover of above 8 billion EURO per year, we brought about negotiations and conclusion of a transmission contract with the State Treasury joint-stock company – Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. [Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A.].
The subject of the contract is the Client’s right to use the transmission system, the gas transmission service and the service of balancing of gas quantity.
The aim of conclusion of the contract is to buy the gaseous fuel on the stock market in order to resale it on the Polish market
