On behalf of one of the general contractors, we participate in realization of the most technologically advanced investment connected with waste management and green energy production in Poland. The investment consists in building of biological waste treatment facility, located in Kutno, including i.a. biogas plant producing heat and electric energy. The value of the investment exceeds 80.000.000 PLN.
On behalf of our Client, we have prepared and negotiated the consortium agreement and the contract for general execution of construction works. We also provide legal assistance during the performance of the contract with investor. Within the consortium, our Client is responsible for designing, providing, assembly and start-up of the whole technological equipment of the facility.
