On March 9 and 10, 2017, the 2nd Corporate Law Conference took place in Vienna. The Conference was hosted by Karasek Wietrzyk Rechtsanwaelte GmbH. The law firm Babiaczyk Skrocki i Wspólnicy was represented by solicitor Maciej Olejniczak. The conference was attended by representatives of several law firms – members of PANGEA NET from Europe and USA.
The main subject of the conference was the impact of Great Britain’s exit from the European Union on transactions involving EU and UK entities. This paper was presented by a lawyer representing Brownejacobson.
The participants of the conference also discussed business insurances related to acquisition and disposals on companies and the paper thereon was given by the head of M&A insurance at the Zurich Group.
