On February 26, 2018 Sejm has received the governmental draft of an act on supporting new investments.
The aim of the act is to enable supporting the entrepreneurs to carry out innovative investments concerning i.a. establishing new enterprise, enhancing the production capacity of an existing enterprise, production diversification by introducing new products or substantial change concerning the production process.
The support shall constitute in granting an income tax exemption.
Shall the act be adopted, the rules similar to those in Special Economic Zones will apply on the whole territory of Poland.
