On March 15, 2018, the amendment to the Act on the National Court Register entered into force.
The new regulations impose a number of obligations on entities subject to entry into the Register. These changes include, among others, the necessity of submitting by entrepreneurs commercial declarations including consent to act as proxy and its address for delivery. In the case of capital companies, however, the obligation to provide data, including delivery addresses of persons authorized to appoint the Management Board, or, when a partner is a legal person, of the persons included in its body entitled to representation, has been introduced.
New elements must be included in each application for registration of a new entity, as well as in any application submitted after March 15, 2018 by entities already registered, and these entities must submit a notification by September 15, 2019 at the latest.
