In July 2019 Law firm Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy successfully finished a proceeding in the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
In the name of the Firm’s client we filed a complaint regarding violation of their rights due to lengthiness of administrative as well as court and administrative proceedings, of which the client was a party.
After a consideration of the complaint the Court decided on proposing an agreement offer to the government of the Republic of Poland, which included a satisfactory compensation on client’s behalf. The agreement was accepted.
