On February 13th 2020 Polish Parliament passed an extensive amendment of Construction Law.
Regulations about the content of construction projects are to be changed. Apart from the architectural design and site development plan technical project will be needed. The latter must include planned constructional solutions with the results of statistical and endurance calculations, energy specificity as well as, depending on a project, geological and engineering documentation or geotechnical conditions of construction.
As for the building permit and use permit – one will be unable to declare those decisions invalid after 5 years of the decision’s obtainment. The amendment introduces simplifications regarding legalization of the old constructions built without the permit and extension of the catalogue of buildings which do not require the building permit.
