In March 2020 Law Firm Babiaczyk, Skrocki and Partners represented seller’s interests in the international transaction of a racehorse. The price received for the Polish, noble, half-blood stallion remains a trade secret, however it is the highest price for which any horse in Poland has ever been sold.
The seller was a Polish company which specializes itself in breeding, training and selling of racehorses for many years now. Belgian company specializing in training, selling and preparing horses for participation in races was the buyer.
The Law Firm with complexity advised the seller on negotiation of the deal’s terms as well as on solving the points of disagreement regarding the previously concluded agreement on horse training and stallion’s participation in competitions in Belgium, including the settlements connected with it.
