On 31st of March 2020 an amendment of the Special Solutions Regarding Prevention and Combat of COVIS -19 Act has been passed.
The amendment introduces a vast number of solutions which aim to help business owners and employees with the crisis caused by the epidemic.
Employers receive the right to put the companies on standstill or to decrease the length of working hours and the country will cover part of the employees’ salary.
The amendment enables employers to acquire exemption form payments for social insurance for three months and includes other aid solutions.
