On 21 January 2021, with the participation of a partner of the law firm Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy – dr Mirosław Babiaczyk, a conditional sale agreement was concluded regarding the purchase by the law firm’s Client – a company belonging to an international concern operating in the wood production industry – of land intended for the construction of a new industrial plant.
The value of the transaction amounts to nearly PLN 1,000,000. At the same time, the Law Firm provides the Client with comprehensive legal support regarding the investment conducted in Lithuania, including negotiations of credit agreements and purchase of real estate.
