Piotr Ostafi

Piotr specialises in litigation, with particular focus on criminal and family law.He is also well experienced in broadly defined real property law, including construction law, protection of tenant rights and property transactions. He is focused on effective negotiations and mediation.

Judge of the Arbitration Court at the Wielkopolska Chamber of Construction in Poznań. Legal expert at the Cyryl Ratajski Private Employers Association of Wielkopolska in Poznań. His oratorical skills landed him the role of an advocate in “Sąd Rodzinny” (Family Court), a TV series shown on TVN, a leading Polish broadcaster. Piotr’s TV career continued for 4 years. To update his professional knowledge, he co-authored a book on the practical aspects of GDPR (“RODO w praktyce”).
