Karolina Oleksy

Attorney-at-law

Karolina offers advice and represents foreign-owned companies, supports investors operating in special economic zones (SEZ) and manages the related tax exemptions; she also specialises in investment property transactions, private international law and European Union law.

Karolina was a scholarship holder of the Erasmus Programme at the Faculty of Law at the University of Passau (Germany). She also holds of a certificate of knowledge of German law.

provision of ongoing legal services to one of the leading companies in the timber industry,
representing a major investor in the procedure for obtaining a permit to operate in the SEZ (a PLN 200 million project), and in the procedure for adjusting the SEZ boundaries to a newly planned production plant,
advice on domestic and European regulations on state aid offered to businesses,
legal support in procedures involving purchase of real property from public entities.
