In August, administrative proceedings for a permit to reconstruct a power grid ended, where the law firm Babiaczyk, Skrocki and Partners represented one of its clients – a company implementing numerous development projects throughout Poland.
The company obtained a decision from the Mayor of the City of Poznań approving a construction project and granting a permit for the reconstruction of a high-voltage line, consisting in the partial replacement of an above-ground line with an underground line. The decision was appealed by the housing community on whose property the work was to be carried out, questioning, among other things, previous arrangements made by the company with purchasers of apartments on the subject of this investment, within the framework of contracts concluded with them.
The law firm Babiaczyk, Skrocki and Partners supported the company both in the proceedings before the Mayor of Poznań and in the appeal proceedings before the Governor of Wielkopolska. The Law Firm’s actions were crowned with success, the company has a final construction permit.
