In July 2023, a tender was resolved in favor of the Law Firm’s Client, the subject of which was the preparation of comprehensive documentation in the nature of a feasibility study, describing the possibility and method of construction and implementation into operation of a system for the production, storage and refueling of hydrogen using a photovoltaic installation.
The ordering party is an infrastructure company jointly controlled by the State Treasury and local government units with a share capital of several hundred million zlotys, and the Law Firm’s Client is a company providing professional technical, consulting and certification services to entrepreneurs, belonging to a renowned international capital group operating worldwide.
The project implemented by the Client is co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund under the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Program 2014-2020.
Lawyers of the Law Firm’s public procurement law team were actively involved in the development of the bid documentation, in particular for the purpose of demonstrating the necessary experience required by the contracting authority, including the annexes to the submitted bid, and also took part in direct discussions with the contracting authority and the law firm representing it regarding the interpretation of the provisions of the Terms of Reference, including the annexes. As a result, the bid submitted by the Law Firm’s client was evaluated the highest and a contract was subsequently signed between the ordering party and the client.
