The appeal against the outcome of the tender filed by the Firm was upheld by a National Appeals Chamber at The President of the Public Procurement Office on the 22nd August 2016.
The proceeding concerned a works contract for environmental rehabilitation of estimated value of over 20.000.000 PLN.
As a result of upholding the appeal, the National Appeals Chamber, ordered to reject the tender with the highest rating, which we had contested and to exclude the person who has submitted this tender from the proceedings. The pleas in law put forward in the appeal concerned the activities undertaken by the contractor and its associated entities during preparation of the tender and lack of experience of the contractor, which was required by the contracting authority.
The decision of the National Appeals Chamber was appealed against to the Regional Court in Rzeszów. The Firm acted for the client in the court proceedings and we requested the dismissal of the appeal.
