Major changes to the Code of Administrative Procedure will take effect from June 1, 2017.
According to the amendment, the principle of conducting administrative cases is to settle the existing legal and factual doubts in favor of the party whenever it concerns imposing or restricting its rights.
In addition, the legislator introduced the principle that the authorities should not change established practice in the settlement of similar cases, and also regulated the mediation in administrative proceedings, the silent settlement of the case and the simplified procedure.
