On the 6th of October 2022. The Parliament passed a law amending the National Court Register Act and certain other laws. The amendment implements Directive 2019/1151 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 20 June 2019 amending Directive (EU) 2017/1132 as regards the use of digital tools and processes in company law.
The amendment regulates the duties of the Minister of Justice with regard to the provision of data on entrepreneurs in the European Registers Integration System. In addition, it also contains provisions amending the Code of Civil Procedure with regard to the electronic certification of copies of documents and amendments to the Commercial Companies Code relating to the operation of companies in organization.
