The Law Firm advises the Client – the worldwide international concern, operating in the engineering industry and steel production – in the so called outplacement process, i.e. application of the procedure, regulated by the act on special rules of termination of employment for reasons not attributable to employees.
Within the legal assistance, we advise our Client on all stages of the procedure, including consultation and negotiation of the agreement with trade unions, notification in the district Labour office and payment ofseverance paydue to terminationof employment.
Our actions’ aim is to optimize the process for the employer, i.a. to simplify and accelerate it and to reduce its costs.
