Due to the signing of the contract between partners Robert Krotoski and Mirosław Cichy division of the biggest car dealer group on the Polish market, with an annual turnover exceeding two billion zloty, became a fact.
Law firm Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy took part in the preparations and negotiations of the division contract’s conditions from the very beginning.
Firm’s consulting regarding mentioned division included, among other things, acquirement of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection’s consent, obtaining funding, audit of the Group’s assets, worth thousands of millions zlotys, and a project of corporate changes concerning many related subjects, as well as establishment of settlement’s principles.
