Regulations in the area of investment preparation, including decisions on the environmental conditions of a project, emission permits, waste management, water law, prevention of industrial accidents, climate protection, operation of machinery or maintenance of construction facilities are of particular importance, especially for companies in the manufacturing, construction, development and logistics industries.
To meet their needs, the Babiaczyk, Skrocki and Partners sp. k team of qualified and experienced lawyers collects and analyzes documentation from dozens of narrowly defined areas, interviews managers and inspects the Firm’s clients’ facilities, and then develops a report indicating, in particular, the actions necessary to remove the identified legal risks and helps to implement them effectively.
