Representing the interests of our Client in the lawsuit before the Regional Court in Poznań we achieved a favorable judgment, granting a compensation because of the lack of possibility to regain the illegally expropriated property.
The Law Firm’s Client has claimed the return of land property that his testators have been illegally deprived of. The property has not been returned because at the moment when the administrative decision has been issued there was a provision in force which precluded the return. This provision has been later declared as unconstitutional, as a result of which it was stated that the refusal of return was illegal.
Because of the expiry of the statutory time limit our Client could not question the issued decision and get the property returned, in that case we claimed the payment of compensation. As the result of the Law Firm’s actions the total amount due to the Client from the State amounts to over 700.000 PLN.
