Representing the interests of our Client – a company operating in the construction industry and environment protection – we achieved a favorable decision concerning the appeal against the result of tender procedure in the National Appeal Chamber by the President of Public Procurement Office.
The appeal referred to a tender for construction works concerning environmental reclamation with the estimated value of over 20.000.000 PLN.
The offer of the Law Firm’s Client has been classified as the second. As the result of the appeal the National Appeal Chamber has ordered to reject the winning offer and exclude the contractor that placed it from the procedure. The charges of the appeal concerned the performance of activities within the preparation of the order by the contractor and its related entities as well as the lack of required experience of the contractor.
