The Law Firm represents five Clients in cases against the company Port Lotniczy Poznań Ławica sp. z o.o. In all the cases the District Court in Poznań has passed judgments that accept the claims in the total amount of above 300.000 PLN.
The court has confirmed the argumentation of the Law Firm, according to which establishing the Restricted Use Area around the Ławica Airport in Poznań results in decrease of the value of properties situated in the area due to the necessity to endure a noise exceeding the acceptable standards.
Consequently the Court has stated that all of the Law Firm’s Clients suffered property damage and the owner of the airport shall be obliged to remedy it.
