An International Labour Law Conference organized by PANGEA NET was held from 18 until 19 September 2014. The Conference was dedicated, among others, to issues connected with the subject of delegating an employee to work abroad and labour law specifics in particular states.
The Conference was held in Vienna, at the seat of a partner Firm KWR Karasek Wietrzyk Rechtsanwälte GmbH. Representatives of 20 law firms from PANGEA NET member states from Europe and the US participated in the conference.
Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy was represented by solicitor Bogumiła Opielewicz, who presented a paper on Polish and European labour law. The conference also helped intensify long term international cooperation on cross border employment matters.
