We advise our Client on a project, worth over 7 million euro, of modernization of one of the oldest shopping malls in Poznań. Within the scope of the project, we i.a. negotiated and drafted the construction contract with the general contractor of the venture.
It will be the greatest venture ever since the facility has been built in the early nineties of the twentieth century. The thorough modernization will concern both: the interior of the mall and its façade. This will allow to enrich the offer for the visitors by gaining new lessees – leaders of the market of electronics / household appliances.
At the moment, 98% of the modernized mall is already commercialized.
