There are parliamentary works in process concerning the act Entrepreneurs’ law – so-called Business Constitution – along with the package of accompanying acts, adopted by Sejm on January 26, 2018.
The act will enter into force according to regulations of a separate act containing introductory provisions. It includes many solutions that have practical meaning for entrepreneurs.
These solutions concern i.a. the possibility of verbal or electronic settlement of cases conducted upon the administrative procedure code, the possibility to appoint proxies by entrepreneurs who are natural persons, as well as the principle that in court proceedings, the party of which is an entrepreneur, the entrepreneur gives the correspondence address that is indicated in register instead of the address of residence.
Along with the new Entrepreneurs’ law also the acts on entrepreneurs’ register and od Spokesman of Small and Medium Entrepreneurs are to enter into force.
