New implementing provisions from January 2016 to the law on substances that deplete the ozone layer and on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases oblige all entrepreneurs to notify to special register, the so called Central Operator Register, each facility that includes at least 3 kg of controlled substances, referred to in the EU regulation on substances that deplete the ozone layer.
According to the new regulations each facility shall have a special card and the repairs and service of the facilities can be carried out only by experts with special certificates.
This provisions will apply above all to entrepreneurs of pharmaceutical and food industry.
