On October 15, 2014 in Starachowice, we have participated together with our Client in opening of the new shopping centre. Also present were representatives of the contractors, lessees, media and local authorities. The centre is one of the largest in the region and offers to its customers 18.500 m2 of the retail and entertainment space.
The Law Firm has represented the investor since the beginning of carrying out of the investment and at each stage of it. This legal service included among others negotiating the contract with the general contractor, as well as negotiations with lessees during the commercialization process of the Facility.
On the opening day 99% of the commercial space has been leased. The largest lessees are TESCO, the LPP-Group and HELIOS.
