A conference, arranged by the international association of law firms PANGEA NET, took place in London on September 24 – 25, 2015. The subject of the conference was the issues of modern capital market concerning mergers and takeovers, transactions of sale and purchase of companies and enterprises, management buyouts and stock market debuts.
The participants of the conference presented the challenges facing lawyers and their clients concerning the capital transactions on their domestic markets and on the international market, as well as they shared their experiences gained so far.
The representatives of 13 law firms from 12 countries took place in the conference. The law firm Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy sp. k. was represented by the solicitor Maciej Olejniczak – the leader of M&A team.
