Between June 9 and 11 we had the honor to organize the annual conference of the international law firms network PANGEA NET and welcome over 70 guests from 20 different countries. It was the first on-site meeting of the representatives of the associated law firms in over 2 years.
Thursday started with the official welcome speech given by the partners of our law firm. It was followed by a dinner and a concert of singer Ray Wilson and his band. It was a time to renew acquaintances with lawyers met during previous conferences and, for newer members of our team, to meet new colleagues.
Friday was the main part of the program, during which the network members discussed organizational issues and had the opportunity to get to know each other better. There was also a meeting for associates who discussed the development of cooperation within PANGEA NeXt. In the afternoon we had an opportunity to listen to the speech of former President and Nobel Peace Prize winner – Lech Walesa. The day was crowned with dinner at the Bazar Hotel, where guests not only had the opportunity to taste local delicacies, but also learn how to fight and dance like the Polish nobility.
Saturday was the time for relaxation and sightseeing. Our guests were transported back to 10th century Poland thanks to a visit to the Porta Posnania Museum, and then had a guided tour of Poznan. After a long day, dinner was held at Cuccina 88 Restaurant.
