On October 12 and 13, 2017 in Prague took place the conference of labor law teams of the law firms being the members of the global PANGEA NET.
In the conference took part several dozen representatives from the member law firms from several European Union states and USA.
The Law Firm Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy sp. k. was represented at the conference by the attorney at law Joanna Wyjatek.
The main subject of both lectures and the discussion panels was the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and its impact on the rights and obligations of employers and workers in the European Union.
