Babiaczyk Skrocki i Wspólnicy sp. k. represents its Client – a company listed on the prime market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in a court dispute against an international financial and insurance group with registered seat in London.
The value of the object of dispute is in excess of PLN 19,000,000.
The Client’s claims include a demand for payment of compensation under a Directors & Officers policy, a novelty insurance product on the Polish market, the essence of which is civil liability insurance of management board members of capital companies for damages caused in connection with performing their functions.
The matter is pending before the Regional Court in Warsaw.
