We conduct for the Client of the Law Firm – a capital group operating for over 50 years in the field of services related to waste recovery, recycling and disposal of recyclable materials in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Poland and employing in total more than three thousand employees – an audit of legal situation of the company before its acquisition.
The analyzed company operates in the field of waste recovery processes, as well as transport, storage and logistics of waste. It has a plant including sorting lines and installation for the production of alternative fuel. It processes both municipal and industrial waste.
Our audit includes the analysis of the whole legal situation of the company in the field of environmental law and act on waste. We evaluate the company’s decisions on environmental conditions of the project, integrated permit and the pending administrative proceedings, to assess the possible risks associated with the purchase of the company’s enterprise.
