In October 2017 the sales agreement of organized part of enterprise with the value of over 15.000.000 PLN has been signed with participation of the attorneys of the Law Firm Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy sp. k..
Within the transaction we have represented our Client, which is the company being member of the international group operating in construction industry and construction of facilities related to the development and recycling of waste.
On behalf of the Client we have conducted the due diligence and negotiated the conditions of the preliminary and final agreement.
The subject of the agreement was organized part of enterprise, including i.a. the immovable property with production plant, machines, vehicles and equipment, as well as rights following from the concluded agreements and administrative decisions.
