In September 2021 one of the Firm’s clients finalised the sale of a plot of land located in the city centre of Poznań and intended for multi-apartment housing development. The real estate was sold to an investor from the development sector together with a construction design and a building permit. The transaction amount exceeded 8,000,000. PLN Lawyers of Babiaczyk, Skrocki i Wspólnicy advised the Client in the whole process of preparing the real estate and its sale. This included among others: representation before the provincial governor and the administrative court, obtaining a building permit, conducting proceedings before the Municipal Conservator of Monuments and negotiating the preliminary and final agreement, including in particular the transfer of ownership and the establishment of necessary easements.
