On behalf of the Law Firm’s Client, one of the European largest capital groups in the packaging industry, we succeeded in negotiating and signing of the contract concerning the investment and ultimately the takeover of a Polish leading company of the paper industry.
The contract includes comprehensive regulation of rights and obligations of the hitherto and future shareholders connected with the capital commitment of the parties and current management of the enterprise, as well as increase of the company’s capital.
Upon the provisions of the contract, our Client acquired shares in the company for the amount of 3.000.000 PLN and ultimately secured itself the acquisition of the majority share for another amount of 6.000.000 PLN.
