On behalf of our Client, a company belonging to a German capital group, with over 70 plants all over the world and operating in the business of contract logistics for automotive industry, we signed an advantageous settlement before a court mediator, obtaining payment in the amount of PLN 2,500,000 for the company we represented.
Our opponent was a company supplying highly advanced dedicated IT solutions for business and public institutions. The dispute concerned compensation for damage suffered by the Firm’s Client as a result of the IT system breakdown.
The settlement was signed after conducting a complicated court proceeding, in which our position was confirmed before the Regional Court in Poznań and the Supreme Court.
