A lawsuit for compensation for losses resulting from damaging of a gas network during construction works conducted by our Firm finished with recognizing in full the claim filed before the Court of Appeal in Lublin.
The Firm’s Client owns a medium pressure gas network located in the right of way. The opponent conducted earthworks in the right of way, during which a gas pipe was damaged with excavator bucket.
The Court of Appeal in Lublin recognized all the arguments presented by the Firm concerning culpable inadequate protection of works and adjudicated full compensation comprising all incurred costs of the incident together with interest and the costs of litigation for the Client.
