On the 2nd of January 2024, the Law Firm received the judgement of the Arbitration Court at the National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, fully granting the eviction lawsuit filed The Law Firm’s client is a shopping mall owner. In connection with a dispute that arose against the background of unpaid rent and other charges provided for in the contract with the tenant, the Law Firm’s client terminated the lease agreement in its entirety and demanded that the premises be vacated and surrendered. The tenant disputed the Law Firm’s Client’s position and refused to comply with the demand.

In accordance with the arbitration clause in the lease agreement, lawyers from the Law Firm’s litigation team filed a lawsuit with the aforementioned court to order the vacancy and surrender of the premises. Following an efficiently conducted proceeding, the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw upheld the position outlined in the lawsuit and issued a judgment fully granting the lawsuit and obliging the defendant to pay the Law Firm’s client the procedural costs.
