Aleksandra specialises in broadly defined administrative law, including such areas as energy law, environmental protection and spatial development. Our clients operating in logistics, energy, commercial space lease, or retail (a well-known retail chain) can count on Aleksandra’s support in the field of civil and commercial law.

Aleksandra completed a post-graduate course at the Center for American Law Studies.

Foreign languages: English and French.

representing clients in administrative and administrative court proceedings in such institutions as the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, Provincial Administrative Court and Supreme Administrative Court (e.g. repayment of EU funding) and in environmental disputes (e.g. environmental noise),
countless bankruptcy and restructuring cases,
handling and negotiating commercial agreements,
participation in numerous property purchase transactions, including legal due diligence of real property.
