Bogumiła specialises in labour law and HR law, at the level of both employment relations and trade unions or works councils. For many years, she has been advising Polish and foreign entrepreneurs in the field of labour law, both in day-to-day business and during capital restructuring. She is a specialist in civil law and labour law litigation.

Scholarship holder of the Erasmus Programme at the Faculty of Law at the University of Rennes (France).

drafting confidentiality and non-competition agreements to safeguard employers against business secrecy violations and unfair competition from their employees,
numerous employment restructuring processes, including collective redundancies and workplace transfers to another employer,
employment due diligence,
representation of clients in hundreds of court disputes with employees and in proceedings against the Social Security Agency (ZUS), including procedures held before common courts and the Supreme Court,
representation of clients before the State Labour Inspectorate, both during onsite inspections and in formal proceedings initiated by the Inspectorate.
