Filip Nowakowski

Filip specialises in litigation law with a particular focus on court disputes arising from construction works contracts and insurance disputes. He has many years of experience in administrative proceedings, including in particular proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber of the President of the Public Procurement Office as well as environmental protection cases. He also specialises in drafting and reviewing contracts.
