Lawyers from the Firm’s litigation department are representing our Client – the company specializing in advisory services for investors, in particular: estimating investment costs, investment planning, investment supervision and technical review, in the dispute with the investor over the performance of the agreement on providing engineering services during construction works of a hotel complex.
The amount of the investor’s claims exceeds the value of 9.000.000 PLN. The demands are based on the private expertise which were submitted with the lawsuit, stating the necessity of undertaking series of repairing and additional works by the investor.
On behalf of our Client, we are applying for a dismissal of the claim in its entirety, proving that all the obligation determined in the contract have been carried out correctly.
