We are currently conducting for the client of our Law Firm, an international capital group operating in the field of production of technologically advanced building materials, a merger project of two companies operating on the territory of Poland.
The project involves the merger of two commercial companies, each of which operates a production plant and sells goods on the Polish and on foreign markets.
Our advisory services include comprehensive conduct of the merger process, in all its aspects. We are responsible for corporate, as well as tax, accounting and employee issues. The merger takes into account the maintenance of benefits resulting from the location of one of the plants in the special economic zone, as well as the unification of the accounting policies and personnel systems of both entities.
