In connection with the forthcoming date of entry into force of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, so-called GDPR, we have commenced the implementation of the new regulations in the companies of our Clients.
The actions of the specially dedicated lawyers’ team focus currently on conducting audits including recognition of key areas of personal data processing at the Law Firm’s Clients, indication of the applicable regulations and specifying the measures to be undertaken.
Subsequently, there will be drafted i.a. the policies on data protection, the procedures of their security and the agreements on outsourcing of personal data processing.
